At Milledgeville Theatre Collective, we believe that theatre is a team sport — and we couldn’t do it without the dedicated people who make the magic happen behind the scenes. Whether you're a seasoned stagehand or a first-time volunteer, there’s a place for you here.
We’re always looking for passionate and reliable individuals to join us in the following areas:
Run lights, sound cues, microphones, projections, and more. (No experience necessary — just a willingness to learn and follow directions.)
Help design, build, paint, and dress the stage with props and set pieces. (Whether you’re crafty or just handy with a hammer, your help is appreciated.)
Sew, source, organize, or manage costumes before and during performances. Quick changes backstage? Yes, we need you.
Assist during rehearsals or performances with scene transitions, prop placement, and more. This is perfect for organized, behind-the-scenes types.
Greet guests, help with ticketing or concessions, and make the audience feel welcome. This is a great way to be involved without stepping backstage.
