Summary: “‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.” But wait! A mouse is stirring - because Santa missed his house last year. Before you can say “Merry Christmas!”, we're off on the wild adventures of a mouse, an elf, and a spunky little girl who just won't take no for an answer. Don't miss this joyful tribute to the holiday season!
Male Characters
Uncle Brierly / Sir Guy of Gisbourne: A bit of a portly man with a hearty laugh and a charming smile. Brierly is the kind of man who is everyone’s uncle and is just the kind of man you want to be around at Christmas time. (Doubling: Sir Guy of Gisbourne)
Amos / Amos of Kansas: A mouse who is calm, cool and collected…on the surface! Underneath, he is the embodiment of a nervous mouse. The actor playing Amos will also play Amos of Kansas. (Casting Note: will consider teenagers and young adults)
Wednell / Mulch: An extroverted, outgoing party attendee. Old friend to Uncle Brierly; Doubles as Mulch, the clueless & dorky side-kick to Sir Guy of Gisbourne (Doubling)
Santa Claus: He needs his list back to finish his Christmas Eve rounds.
Female Characters
Emily: A little girl with a zest for living! Her passion, energy and playful nature shine brightly, making her the perfect addition to a Christmas family. (Casting Note: will consider teenagers and young adults)
Calliope: An elf with the true embodiment of Christmas magic. She is loving, sweet and nurturing. (Casting Note: will consider teenagers and young adults)
